MicroNeedling
The motorised micro-needle system provides unparalelled collagen induction therapy via fractional delivery of needles into the skin. Widely used for skin rejuvenation, enhancement of skin elasticity, wrinkle reduction, scar reduction, and stretch mark reduction. It can be used on the face AND body by adjustment of the needle-size enabling the professional to select needle size according to the various areas.

A course of 3-6 sessions at 4-6 week intervals are recommended.

Treatments are customised according to your needs:
Microneedling: Anti-Ageing / Scars / Acne / Pigmentation
Stretchmarks and surgical scars on the body

MicroNeedling is an excellent technique used to improve a wide variety of skin conditions such as:
Ageing / Sun Damaged Skin
Stretchmarks
Fine Lines & Wrinkles
Uneven Skin Texture
Hyperpigmentation
Acne Scarring
Hormonally Deficient Skin

MicroNeedling can be done on all skin types and are not affected by skin colour.

A treatment session typically takes about 45 minutes.

The skin will be red and flushed after a treatment, similar in appearance to moderate sunburn. There will also be some skin tightness and mild sensitivity for about 48 hours.
NANONEEDLING VS. MICRONEEDLING

MicroNeedling is becoming one of the most popular and effective treatments used today for skin rejuvenation. With its popularity and the ever-changing search for different skin procedures, with less or NO downtime, arose the development of Nano- Needling. This of course brings some confusion, so my goal is to explain the differences so there is a clear understanding.
Similarities Between Nano & MicroNeedling
Both the Nano and MicroNeedling treatments use a pen-like device that oscillates a tip up and down to stimulate a skin reaction. They both induce cell turnover, serum infusion and provoke the healing process that results in skin transformation.
NanoNeedling
The MicroNeedling Difference
To understand the difference let’s start with MicroNeedling. This procedure uses an actual needle cartridge with either 12 or 36 fine needles that can be adjusted to different depths.
This allows the Aesthetician to use superficial settings (0.5 mm) for delicate areas around the eyes and deeper depths (2.0-2.5 mm) for acne scars and wrinkles.
The micro-injuries caused by the procedure stimulate the body’s natural healing process, increasing collagen and elastin production to promote skin rejuvenation.
This procedure can also be effective for pigmentation, reducing pore definition and helping to reduce and smooth out acne scaring. These treatments are done monthly.
According to a 2008 study, skin treated with 4 MicroNeeding sessions, spaced 1 month apart, produced up to a 400% increase in collagen and elastin 6 months after completing treatment.
Depending on what your goals are, the treatments can range from a series of 3-6+. For more deeper acne scarring, there is a possibility of adding to your series of treatments.
Nano-Needling
Nano needling on the other hand works a little different. It does use the same type of oscillating motion to treat the skin but the cartridge encompasses 81 silicone tips.
These microscopic hair-like cones separate the cells within the epidermis to allow active products to be pushed into the skin. Nano-needling only affects the epidermis, treating within the upper 0.25 mm of the skin. The benefits of this serum infusion treatment include pigmentation reduction, increased cell turnover, skin rejuvenation and an immediate glow with NO downtime. This treatment can also be done in a weekly series of 1 a week for 6 weeks.
Both procedures have the ability to transform the look and feel of your skin!
RF Microneedling
Radio Frequency Microneedling
This is a minimally-invasive non-surgical skin rejuvenation technique that can treat a variety of skin concerns such as acne scars, uneven skin texture, fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged pores and poor facial skin laxity.
-
Promotes new collagen production and stimulation
-
Fine Lines & Wrinkles
-
Uneven skin tone - hyperpigmented lesions are broken down to be recycled via RF microneedling promoting new cell growth
-
Uneven skin texture - Eliminates areas of damaged and dead skin cells
-
Acne Scars - RF Microneedling breaks down scar tissue
-
Stretchmarks - Breaks down old skin cells and promotes cellular regeneration
What is the difference between Microneedling and RF Microneedling?
The main difference between these two types of microneedling is the addition of RF energy to the microneedle process. The RF energy applied during a microneedling treatment heats the dermis and stimulates collagen growth more than with just microneedling alone. You will see an incredible improvement, one single RF Microneedling treatment is equivalent to approximately 6 normal microneedling treatments.

Biorevitalisation Skin Booster
Next Level Microneedling
Biorevitalisation is a micro-injection of a cocktail which is most compatible with the human body. No injections are needed as our device transports the solution directly into the dermis through minute hypodermic needles. Microneedling creates collagen synthesis while biorevitalisation increases skin vitamin penetration.
Biorevitalisation launches our very own recovery processes and cell regeneration; it improves blood circulation, giving the skin elasticity and a natural fresh colour.
Results can be seen straight away, and with the accumulated treatment program, the results are more noticable.
