Policies while visiting...

Booking: Appointments made in advance will receive a prior SMS notification at least 24hours before the appointment. However, the appointment is regarded as confirmed if no reminder is received on your side. Appointments with a duration of 2 or more hours must be prepaid at least 24 hours before the appointment. Payments via EFT, Credit Card or Cash Deposit will be accepted. Clients are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the appointed time.

Cancellations: Please note that missed appointments are charged for in full, therefore it is imperative that clients please cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time. Therapists are committed to your appointment. We would appreciate clients to please observe this policy.

Late Arrival: Arriving late for your appointment inconveniences your thorough treatment protocol and your treatment will be shortened by the number of minutes of late arrival. The therapist will still endeavour to complete your treatment in the allocated time; however, if there is insufficient time, your appointment will be regarded as cancelled.

Privacy: Only a parent or spouse will be allowed into the treatment room. All other visitors are expected to recline in the waiting area.

Children: Our facility has been designed for adult relaxation and enjoyment. Children under the age of 11 are discouraged from visiting the salon unless they are being treated. Clients with young children are requested to leave their children at home due to safety reasons as well as consideration towards other clients who are receiving relaxing treatments. The salon is a place of peace and quiet. We thank you for your co-operation.

Returns: All products returned will only be refunded if returned within seven days in their original packaging, unused and still sealed. In the event of a skin reaction, it will be investigated and appropriate steps will be taken.

Use of Cellular Phones: Kindly place your cell phone on Silent Mode for the duration of your treatment.

Gift Vouchers: Validity period is 3 months from Date of Issue. Please ensure that your treatments are scheduled in advance before the expiry date.

Gratuity / Tips: Tipping is entirely at your own discretion. Average tipping is 10-20% of the treatment's regular undiscounted price. You may tip your therapist directly at check-out.

Personal Belongings: Management and Staff will not be held responsible or liable in the event of losses of personal belongings within the salon. Clients are please requested to place their belongings in the allocated space in the treatment room.

Parking: A Security Guard is permanently stationed for peace-of-mind while you are relaxing inside our premises. Ample parking is provided for all clients.
